About Tuskawilla Presbyterian
Church & School

Statement of Purpose
The purpose of Tuskawilla Presbyterian Church is to love God, love our neighbors, be active disciples, and bring others into fellowship with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Guiding Principles
Tuskawilla Presbyterian Church is a diverse congregation (age, politics, backgrounds, etc), yet we are one in our faith. Our faith is based on the Bible, the Reformed tradition, and the Books of Order/Confessions of the PC-USA. These principles are the basis of our call to all within the mission outreach of our church, to join us in recommitting ourselves to the work of the Lord.
- We seek to be able to apply our theology to today’s issues keeping love and respect for each other.
- We want to nurture our relationship with Christ as we live in an increasingly secular world.
- We strive to worship our Lord through prayer, music, praise and the Word,
- We seek to grow in our faith and relationship with Christ through education, service, stewardship and fellowship,
- We look to build faithful and Christ-centered families with each other in our congregation as we strive to fulfill our mission to be a “Caring Family of Christians.”
- We cherish to worship as a family and to care for each other as we reach out to others through Christ’s love and example.
- We commit to raise our children and youth to be responsible members of the church and community through study, service and fellowship,
- We keep an outreach goal in our minds and hearts as we yearn to bring more people into Christ’s fold.
- We hold strong the importance of the Trinity.
- We affirm our hope in the Lord Jesus Christ and are ever amazed at his grace toward us.
