About Us

Tuskawilla Presbyterian Preschool was established in October 1983 as a mission for the young mothers of the church to have a day out.  It was originally called “Mother’s Morning Out.”  We began our journey with 1 teacher and 3 children.  Today we are proud to maintain that mission while we serve over 130 families.

Our mission is to provide a preschool that nurtures, supports, and educates children and families to ensure an overall positive learning journey.  We believe that children learn best through play, within the framework of that loving, nurturing environment.

The students of Tuskawilla Presbyterian Church Preschool come from many communities in the Orlando area, and from various social, religious, and economic backgrounds. We do not discriminate based on race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of our education policies, admissions, or any other school administered programs.

TPCP sponsors an annual Dad and Me Night, Halloween Celebration, Thanksgiving Feast, Holiday Shoppe, Book Fair, Valentine’s Village, Art Show, Mother’s Day Teas and monthly Parent’s Night Out.  These special events help us to realize our goal of offering an environment where friendships are encouraged and fostered between children, our families and staff.
